Master-RACS Access Control System Management Software
The RACS software
pack consist of several programs which are dedicated to
administration and management of all aspects of Roger access
control system.
New
functionalities in PR Master v.4.5.4:
1. support for RFT1000 fingerprint readers
2. support for RCI-2 communication interface
3. integration with INTEGRA (SATEL) alarm panels
4. integration with SALLIS (SALTO) wireless door locks system
5. synchronization of CPR32-NET with NTP servers

of PRTxxEM and PRTxxMF series readers. Program enables reader
configuration as well as downloading of events from reader
memory. RARC software enables also use of PRTxxEM and PRTxxMF

PR402-PCB Advance Access Controller
PR402 access controllers may operate as
standalone access control units or in integrated access control
system with CPR32-SE network controller. In standalone mode
PR402 autonomously supervise two-way door passage and do not
need to communicate with PC nor any other equipment, events are
registered in their internal buffer and time related functions
are managed by built-in realtime clock. Access control system
based on PR402 controllers can be managed locally through
COM/USB serial port or remotely by computer network WAN/LAN
(UT-4interface required).
Single-door access controller electronic
module, built-in power supply with battery support, secondary
supply output 12VDC/1A with over current protection, cooperation
with two external access readers, power supply 18-22VAC, metal
case for this module is offered separately (symbol:
ME-1).
NOTICE: New access controller
PR402DR has been designed as the successor of PR402-BRD
access controller, therefore PR402-BRD shall be produced till
the end of 2011 and then it shall be completely replaced be the
PR402DR within Roger offer. |

PR301 |

PR301 access controllers may operate as

PR301 & 302 is that PR301 do not have built-in realtime
clock thus no schedule function. Access control system

can be made by LED pulsing or switching off.

CPR 32 SE |

CPR32-SE
CPR32-SE Network Controller is an optional Roger Access Control
System (RACS) component. Using CPR32-SE in the system expands
its functionality with specific features.
When used with PRxx1 series controllers CPR32-SE allows for
logging events and defining time-based access rights, as well as
to realize global type functions such as
APB zones or alarm zones. In case of PRxx2 series controllers,
CPR32-SE provides a global type functions only (APB, alarm
zones). |

Interface
RUD-1 can be used as a standard
communication interface for RACS system or as a dedicated
programmer for PR access controllers or PRTxxEM and PRTxxMF
series readers. RUD-1 is powered straight from the USB port and
has built-in supply module which provides 12V voltage for
programmed device. |

RUD-2-USB EM125 Reader
RUD-2 is a miniature reader for EM
125 kHz proximity transponders. The reader is supplied from
serial USB port which is also used for communication with the
device. The RUD-2 can be used as card enroll reader for access
control system or any other application which requires card
reader. Card can be enrolled straight from the PR Master
(version 4.3 is required) or using dedicated Roger Mini Reader
application. For programmers who want to integrate RUD-2 with
their systems the dynamic library DLL is available.
The RUD-2 reader can be connected
directly to the controller's USB socket or using a cable with
magnetic stand provided together with a reader.
RUD-2 can be used for:

as a reader for card
enrolling to the RACS access system

as a reader for card
enrolling through Roger Mini Reader application

as a reader used in third
party applications using a DLL library provided

RUD-3-USB interface

RUD-3USB 13.56Mhz Mifare reader
RUD-3 is a miniature reader and
writer for 13,56MHz ISO/IEC 14443A and Mifare standard proximity
transponders. The reader is supplied from serial USB port which
is also used for communication with the device. The RUD-3 can be
used as card enroll reader for access control system or any
other application which requires card reader. Card can be
enrolled straight from the PR Master (version 4.4.6 or higher is
required) or using dedicated Roger MiniReader application
(version 1.2 or higher is required). RUD-3 can also provide a
transponder programmer functionality, but in such cases
RARC software (1.4 or higher is required) should be
used. Roger company offers SDK programming package that enables
a programmer to develop customized applications for a specific
requirements. RUD-3 is a USB HID (Human Interface Device) class
device and uses drivers embedded in Windows XP, Windows Vista
and Windows 7 operation systems.
The RUD-3 can be used in several
different scenarios:
- as a reader for card
enrolling to the RACS access system,
- as a reader for card
enrolling through Roger MiniReader application,
- as a reader and writer for
card programming with RARC application,
- as a reader and writer used
in third party applications using a DLL library provided by
SDK software.

MIFARE DESFire USB Reader
Miniature,
portable reader/writer for 13.56 MHz MIFARE proximity
transponders. RUD-3 is supplied from USB port, which is also
used for communication with the device. Depending on the product
version RUD-3 can support 13.56 MHz MIFARE Classic and/or MIFARE
DESFire transponders. Card code can be read/write to any sector
of card memory. Transponders programming feature is provided
through
RogerVDM utility software (v.1.2.4 or higher).
RUD-3 DESFire can
be used as universal card enroll reader (Roger
MiniReader v.1.2 or higher required) or as administrator
reader for RACS access control system (PR
Master v.4.4.6 or higher ; VISO v.1.x)
however, it can be also used in other applications or systems if
integrated through available SDK.

UT-2 Serial Interface
The UT-2 operates as an electrical converter
between RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces. It can be used
for programming of single access controller or the whole net-work (sub- system) of access controllers connected RS485 bus.
UT-2 device enables bidirectional data transmission between
access control devices and management software installed at PC. |

UT-2USB interface |

UT-2 USB Interface
The UT-2USB is a cost-effective
module, that allows you to connect your serial RS485. devices
(bus) to computer using a USB interface. It features various
transmission rates (half duplex) from 0 kbit/s to 115.2 kbit/s
and doesn’t need any power supply. The UT-2USB is delivered with
1m USB A-B cable required for communication with PC. The
connectivity with RS485 bus is carried out through screw
terminals. Although the UT-2USB converter was designed and
tested for Roger Access Control System (RACS), anyway it can be
used with other applications requiring the high speed (half
duplex) serial communications port however in such cases
installer must perform adequate tests to ensure that UT-2USB
will operate satisfactory in given application. UT-2USB
interface can be used for programming of a single PR access
controller or for management of a networked access system. Each
adapter comes in a black plastic case intended for wall mounting
and has two LEDs which indicate data flow through RS485 and one
LED for power supply. |

UT-4DR |

UT-4DR
interface
UT-4DR operates
as TCP/IP communication bridge between RACS 4 access control
system and managing computer. Interface can work either in local
(LAN) or wide (WAN/Internet) computer network. Apart from its
basic feature, UT-4DR offers four I/O lines which can be used as
dual state inputs or outputs and controlled via web browser or
TELNET protocol.
NOTICE! Using UT-4DR requires PR Master
software in version 4.4.6 or higher.

XM-2DR is
I/O expander dedicated to devices with RACS
Clock&Data interface. The expander offers two
NO/NC inputs and two relay outputs with 1,5/30VDC and 5A/230VAC
max load respectively. Optionally, XM-2DR can be used as
standalone device (without communication with master device) and
then its outputs are controlled by means of voltage signals at
respective inputs. |

eight NO/NC inputs and eight relay outputs with

device), when so, its outputs are controlled by signals applied
to its inputs. |
